The discipline I’ve practiced the longest with the greatest successes was CrossFit - it has lasted around eight years (with short episodes in bodybuilding competitions).
When I sum it all up, my adventure with endurance and strength sports lasts over 18 years, from which I have worked as a trainer for over 10 years.
